Investor Car Shop: Warranty

90-day Warranty:
Investor Car Shop offers a standard 90 day warranty on all part sales. Extended warranties of one and two years are available at an additional cost. Some limits and conditions apply; please ask your salesperson for details.

Labor Warranty:
When a labor warranty is purchased that warranty is the same length of time as the part warranty. All body repair time is paid at a maximum of $19 per hour and the mechanical warranty labor rate is paid at a maximum of $75 per hour with a maximum of $750.

Return Policy:
Investor Car Shop has a very stringent quality control program in place. This gives us a great deal of confidence in our product and services. Because of this confidence, we have a very liberal return policy. We will except for return any part that we sell for any reason, assuming that it is in the same condition as when sold. Restocking fee on returns do apply and returns will be offered in the form of an in-store credit. Returns older than 30 days will not be accepted. Electrical parts are not able to be returned unless authorized by a member of the Investor Car Shop sales staff.
